Are your cakes vegan?
Yes, everything is 100% plant-based. No animal products are ever used in our cakes and cupcakes.

How do I store the cakes?
Our cakes and cupcakes are best stored in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy them. They can be taken out at room temperature 15-30 minutes before serving.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes. Almost all of our cakes and cupcakes can be made gluten-free upon request. An additional charge applies based on the cake size.
Do you offer fondant decorated or covered cakes?
No, we do not offer fondant covered cakes, but we can make small decorations with fondant. Contact us to inquire.

Do your products contain any allergens?
All cakes and cupcakes are made with oat milk and soy but can be swapped for other ingredients. Please let us know when placing your order if you require any substitutions or have any allergies.

​How can I pay for my order?​​
We will send you an invoice after confirming the order and discussing details. It must be paid at least 3 days before pickup. You can pay via bank transfer, debit, or credit card. Alternatively, you can send an Interac e-Transfer to briessweets@gmail.com.

How much notice do you need to make my order?
Please give us at least 1-2 weeks' notice in advance of your preferred pickup date. The longer, the better, and the more time we'll have to make your cake dreams a reality.
