About Brie's Sweets

Hi, I'm Brianna!

I’m the owner, designer, cake decorator, and point of contact for Brie’s Sweets. I started Brie’s Sweets in 2020 after graduating from baking & pastry school. It started as a home-based bakery and eventually grew into a custom cake business. After closing in 2021 to pursue other ventures and travel the world, I've settled in Montreal, QC, and reopened my custom cake business, bigger and better than ever. 

 

Brie's Sweets was created with a passion for cake decorating and a love of good vegan food, so I decided to combine the two into one epic business!

 

I believe you can enjoy great-tasting, plant-based cakes that don’t compromise quality. At Brie’s Sweets, we make cakes for everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions.
